This past weekend was another weekend for the books! We flew into Sydney International Airport on Thursday night and the fun began from there!
Thursday: After arriving at our hostel Keener and I met up with Sebastian and Rob and had an incredible Asian dinner at one of the top 10 restaurants in the world, Sake On The Rocks. We then explored Kings Cross and hopped around the bars there.
Friday: After getting a great breakfast on the water Keener and I explored the entire Sydney Harbor. We got to walk around the Opera House, see the botanical gardens, and the famous bridge. Everything we did and saw was jaw dropping. I have never seen such a beautiful city in my life. After walking around and doing some shopping we took the ferry over to Manly Beach where we walked on the beach and explored some of the rock formations and caves. Later on we went back to the hostel for free drinks and then went to Ivy Nightclub, which was probably the best night out I've ever had.
Saturday: Saturday morning was a little rough so we got a late start, but still did so much. We walked all over Darling Harbor where there was a market going on. We then explored the Queen Victoria building and a few of the famous churches in the area. Then we celebrated Halloween by going on a booze cruise in the Sydney Harbor. We got to see fireworks over the Opera House and it absolutely incredible!
Sunday: Before we flew out on Sunday we did a little more exploring and spent some time relaxing and enjoying the views of the botanical garden.
Overall it was a great weekend! Im so happy I got to experience Sydney!
